REFORMER CLASSES

REFORMER BEGINNER

Specifically created for people who are either brand new to Reformer Pilates, or for those who don’t yet feel fully accustomed to the Reformer machine, our beginner classes still provide a challenge.

Reformer Beginner is slightly slower paced, focusing on fundamental moves and getting to know the Reformer.

You will confidently finish the class with a deeper understanding of the key Pilates principles and knowledge of the Reformer.

REFORMER INTERMEDIATE

Specifically created for people who have taken at least one Reformer Pilates beginner class previously, our intermediate classes provide a slightly faster paced flow with high repetition.

Our skilled instructors will adapt movements and provide modifications to best suit your abilities, alongside giving you the option to challenge yourself further with progressions.

You will confidently finish the class feeling motivated and strong.

Please note that our intermediate classes are not suitable for people who are brand new to Reformer Pilates.

REFORMER MIXED ABILITY

Here, we welcome all levels of Reformer Pilates experience. Our skilled instructors can help you build on your moves and provide modifications to support your body’s needs.

We recommend attending at least one beginner class before joining this mixed-level session.

CLASS INFORMATION

General Information:

Welcome to our spacious air-conditioned studio.

Please be ready and arrive at the studio 5 minutes before your first class if you have never done Reformer Pilates before – this gives our instructors plenty of time to show you how to work the machines and for you to ask any questions.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can exercise in, alongside a pair of grippy socks, as these are a strict requirement for health and safety reasons. Don’t worry if you don’t have a pair already – these are available to purchase in the studio!

Make sure you’re well hydrated and bring a bottle of water along – if you need to buy some, you can do this in the studio. We also have facilities to refill your bottle if you prefer.

Cancellations:
You can cancel your class booking with no charge up to 12 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made after this period will result in a loss of the class credit with no refund available.

No Shows & Lateness:
If you do not attend a booked class and do not provide prior notice of cancellation, you will forfeit the full class fee. The same applies for any lateness to class, as we will lock the doors at the class start time for health and safety purposes.
