A relaxing slow paced class focusing on strength, flexibility and balance to improve the mobility, tone and function of the body.
Pilates Barre –
Barre is a combination of Ballet inspired moves, Pilates and Cardio. You can expect a fast pace, feel good fitness workout that incorporates all of the benefits of Pilates while experiencing the famous ‘Barre Burn’. Expect high repetitions, high energy and a full body workout. The class will start with a standing warm up and cardio section which will include hand weights. Time at the barre to work legs and glutes and will finish with a dynamic core section on the mat.
Pilates for Strength –
a dynamic Pilates class offering a strength side to pilates which will in turn build your core giving you the balance you need to excel in your fitness journey.
Focusing on Hatha yoga with a Scaravelli approach, these classes are for mixed abilities and are gentle and relaxing.
Please bring your own mat, yoga strap or similar and if possible a yoga block or cushion.
Yoga Vinyasa –Vinyasa yoga is an string of postures together so you can move from one to another seamlessly using breath. Sometimes called Vinyasa flow.
Yoga Sunrise – a combination of hatha and vinyasa giving you a early morning strong stretch yoga class to start your day.
Yoga Hatha –This will typically involve physical posture yoga poses and breathing techniques.
Latin inspired, easy-to-follow dance fitness party that exhilarates your senses and works all your major muscle groups in a high energy cardio blast.
An energetic dance class mixing Latin styles such as Salsa, Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Lambada, Afro Dance, Merengue & more. Dance, joy, fitness and fun will be provided for all ages, genders and abilities.
An all over strength and conditioning workout using barbell weights in a lively and supportive class that really gets results.
Body Combat combines martial arts and boxing moves with energetic motivating music which inspires all participants to achieve the most out of their work outs. Power tracks target cardio training whilst the Combat and Muay Thai tracks include kick combinations with upper body sequences and conditioning so an all over body work out is achieved.
Come along and try this traditional old school STEP class. Easy step routines with some toning with weights if you like.
Circuits – This class is a high rep, low resistance weights workout focusing on improving muscle tone and definition as well as overall cardio fitness.
Indoor Cycling is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike. It combines cardio and endurance in a 45-minute calorie-crunching session! Not only is it great for giving you all the cardiovascular gains, but it’s great at toning muscles to make you super strong.
Kettlebells – This class combines strength training with a high-intensity cardio workout, giving you a full-body workout with great results.
The TRX® suspension trainer is an exercise system that leverage’s gravity and your bodyweight to allow you to perform many different workouts.
You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you are able to adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance accordingly.
