A perfect starting point for beginners, this package includes a basic personalised program, guiding you based on your current abilities.
With a personal trainer, you’ll master supported exercises like bench pressing squats, and TX, while improving technique, safety, and performance.

Each 50-minute session includes:

• Guidance on exercises tailored to your goals.

• Nutrition advice and meal ideas to suit your lifestyle.

• Optional body composition and measurements (e.g., body fat percentage, waist/hip measurements), helping you track and celebrate progress.
