Join us at Hove Fitness Club for a high-energy morning designed to challenge you, push your limits, and give you a real taste of HYROX-style training.

Whether you’re preparing for an event or just want to level up your fitness, this bootcamp is for you.

HOW TO BOOK

WHAT TO EXPECT

We’ll kick things off with a quick briefing before moving through three key disciplines, designed to test endurance, strength, and grit:

  • RUN TEMPO – Take to the seafront for a structured tempo run session to build speed and stamina.
  • BOOTCAMP – Head to the tennis courts for a high-intensity, functional bootcamp workout.
  • STRENGTH – Finish strong in the HYRIG room with focused strength work and heavy lifts.

 

Each station runs for approximately 45 minutes, with 15 minutes to transition and reset between sessions.

AFTER THE WORKOUT

  • Stick around afterwards for some well-earned nibbles and a chance to relax, chat, and connect with the community.
