CLASSES

HYRIG COMBAT is a 50/50 split between bag work, punching, kicking elbow pads/apron boxing combos to weight functional moves alongside core strengthening exercises. Expect to be taught the correct techniques on how to punch the bags and also learn fun boxing combos. We start the class with teaching, which then builds into a fun, sweaty boxing fitness session. We advise you bring your own boxing gloves or we can provide club ones.

BUILD is a strength based session. The coach demonstrates the specific moves you will be working on in that particular session. Generally, there are 2 lifting moves, a functional weight section and 2 other weight based sections. These sessions are perfect to get your strength training done. We realise how difficult it is preforming weights on your own, but with motivation and direction this class covers both of these. Are you a brand new member? Speak to one of our team, and say you would like to give it a try and we can arrange an induction before you start.

HYRIG HiiT is a high intensity class. The program we have created means the members can get stuck into the exercises for a set amount of time. It’s very easy to follow as the trainer will explain the moves before the start and then coach you throughout the remainder of the class. Expect a high calorie burning session with no need to think. You just go, go, go!

The worlds fastest growing sport is delivered by us as a fitness class, we take events from HYROX and build it into a class format. With over 20 HYROX sessions we deliver, each one is session specific. We add a bit of friendly competition to parts of these sessions and 50% of the classes involves outside running. New to the club and too scared to go?
Don’t stress! We realise this type of class can be a bit intimidating, but our awesome friendly team can give you a HYROX induction, showing you how to push the sled, throw a ball and even how to run.

Session duration: 45 minutes

This class, created by the Hove Fitness Team, is designed to elevate your heart rate both on and off the TRX. The specially crafted exercises using the TRX suspension trainer will help you strengthen your muscles while boosting your heart rate for an ultimate natural high.

Our newest HYROX session. We’ve created this class for that end-of-week boost. It’s perfect for HYROX competitors who want to train for longer sets and build their stamina for upcoming competitions. It’s also great if you’re looking for a strong workout to end the week.

The Hove Fitness HYROX team designed these sessions to help you achieve personal bests and improve your HYROX fitness. We cover coaching tips and offer a 25% discount on protein shakes for all participants in this session.
